Picked my car up today from Mkprodetail. Wow it looks showroom condition and not 2.5 years old. The finish is faultless and the attention to detail can be clearly seen within the finished product. The service from start to finish was faultless and shows the benefits of using a family business. Darren has a wealth of knowledge and experience which is clear to see and this is evident through Lewis whom he has mentored and not forgetting Rachel who is so helpful. I was slightly worried about taking a 10yr old car, lots of much newer and more expensive models there than my Fiesta! This was something I never should’ve worried about and had the best welcome from the team, they knew like everyone else I was just trying to have my car look the best it can. Right from the start Rachael was amazing with the commutation, sorting out the booking and making sure I’d chosen the correct package. Darren did such an excellent and professional job, it looked brand new and shiny again. The team here can be trusted to take pride in the job and have the craftsmanship to get the results you’re looking for. I cannot recommend them enough and will be back with my other cars too.

Excellent machine polish and ceramic coating done on our black car which previously had swirls and hair scratches all Over. They did an amazing job and it was immaculate by the time they finished with it. They also cleaned the interior and added a nice protective coating over the light grey interior. Highly recommend this company and they are a pleasure to deal with too.

After using it for commuting throughout the Winter, I've just treated my Royal Enfield Himalayan 411 to a 'Full Valet' by Rachel of MK Pro Detail, to remove the Winter grime. I'm more that pleased with the result, the bike looks as good as the day I picked it up from the dealer brand new! I can highly recommend MK Pro Detail.

I had a recommendation from a friend to take a look at MKProdetail and I’m glad I did. The paint on our car - which happens to be the worst colour for showing imperfections in my opinion - black - needed some TLC to remove holograms. From the initial contact with Rachel who gave advice on the different options to dropping off with Lewis - it was a pleasure dealing with this family business. What can I say apart from fantastic service from start to finish. It’s a family run business and as soon as you meet them you know you’re in good hands, they’re so friendly and personably. I knew I had picked the right company to clean my car. My car is nearly 10 years old has been through various car washes, to fair it looked old and the paint work had those circles marks everywhere. When I got the phone call to say it’s ready I couldn’t wait to see it, I actually couldn’t believe my eyes my car looked new totally transformed. I really didn’t expected to see that, if I didn’t have my own number plate on you would have thought it was a new car. Says it all about this service 10 out of 10 - will not take my car anywhere else.
